I’m raising funds for the Sierra Club by practicing my bass for 60 hours in 30 days. So, not only will I become a better musician, but I'll be saving the environment as well. (daily updates below)
The Sierra Club uses at least 80 percent of the money they raise on actual field work, rather than administrative costs. So, the funds you donate will enable them to do things like:
• Provide cleaner, cheaper, energy.
• Protect our land, water, and air – from our backyards to the other side of the globe.
• Save animals being threatened with extinction.
• Make the outdoors accessible for all of us.
Protecting the environment is the most important thing we can do. Especially now that Trump has plans to enact legislation that will gravely affect our environment. It is up to us to save our planet from destruction. Otherwise, where will we live? And think of the wildlife out there that are depending on us to save them.
My goal is to raise $500 in 30 days, please help me cross the finish line by making a donation.
With your donation, you will recieve a digital copy of my next cd with your name in the liner notes. The new cd will be released at the beginning of 2018.
I will post my daily progress along with pictures on FB.
If you'd like to learn more about their mission, you can check out sierraclub.org, or participate in their campaigns at addup.org.
