Mystery Game Night: Team Sierra Edition!

James Gowdey

Hey everyone! I am stoked to be bringing you the latest in our series of game nights over at the Museum of Art and Digital Entertaiment. In the leadup to it, I'll be raising funds for the Sierra Club; nature’s done good by me, and now it’s my turn to be doing good by nature.

Mystery Game is a beloved tradition and a chance for hardcore gamers and casual players alike to get their game on; a double-elimination challenge with a new game every match. From retro shovelware to tried & true battle mode favorites, only the most grizzled of veterans will come out on top (or get lucky at Xena: Warrior Princess 64). The event is set for March 4th - RSVP here! facebook.com/events/567869336750135

In the spirit of recycling (!!) here's a hype trailer for our last event: vimeo.com/172619182

This campaign is important to me because the Sierra Club is making our communities better – they’re protecting natural places near cities and suburbs and working hard to ensure clean air and water for all. They are dedicated to pursuing a clean energy economy as well as standing up to Big Oil and the Keystone XL pipeline. With an administration as full of corrupt fossil fuel billionaires as the one we got now, our climate needs all the help it can get.

The funds you donate will enable the Sierra Club to do things like:
• Provide cleaner, cheaper, energy.
• Protect our land, water, and air – from our backyards to the other side of the globe
• Save animals being threatened with extinction
• Make the outdoors accessible for all

My goal is $350; please help me cross the finish line by making a donation! And when you do, let me know why you care about doing good by nature in the “Words of Encouragement” box. I'd love to hear from you.

If you'd like to learn more, you can check out sierraclub.org, or participate in their campaigns at addup.org!

Thanks so much!

No more important time in history to be supporting organizations like Sierra Club. The heat is closing in and we've got to stick together.
