Join me in Supporting the Sierra Club

In a potential fit of madness, I've gone ahead and committed to run another marathon this year: Berlin on 29 September.

And this time, I am running for all of us. For this planet we all call home. For the Sierra Club, which has been working to protect our precious ecosystems since 1892.

I hope you will join me because, frankly, time is running out.

As 16-year-old Greta Thunberg said at the last World Economic Forum:

"I am here to say, our house is on fire... I want you to act as you would in a crisis. I want you to act as if our house is on fire. Because it is."

Please join me in supporting the Sierra Club who is one of the many courageous organizations working to put out that fire.

Thank you for your support! I could not do this without you. xo

Wow. I am so humbled by all of the support I have received for Sierra Club. And proud to say that I finished the marathon ALIVE and WELL. Life is good. Thank you to all for your generous support. I feel lucky and loved.

Today's run was a bit circular.... Around and around and around in Amsterdam.

A post-run coffee at the famous Bob's Food Store in Zug. Getting ready for tomorrow's 18 MILES (eek).

Wowza! So grateful to live in this beautiful place. A short 4-miler today... :)

Tough morning today. Ran 8 miles but my heart rate was pretty high (hitting 175 bpm). Plan to take it a little slower tomorrow.... :)

Happy to be back home - where the running paths are flat and the climate is cool. I was a bit slower today in my 16-miler, but happy to have completed it. ❤️

So, I am 10 weeks into my training for the Berlin marathon and trying to keep it up while on this little Greek island. But oh, these hills!
